Food safety is related to people’s survival and health,and food safety quality inspection is particularly important.Among them,food quality inspectors play a vital role in the whole food safety quality inspection,which can directly affect and determine the effectiveness of food quality inspection.Therefore,efforts need to be made to improve the quality inspection operation skills of food quality inspectors.Based on this,this paper focuses on the ways to effectively improve the quality inspection operation skills of food quality inspectors,in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
