摘要
目的:对国家标准GB 5009.225—2016检测乙醇含量方法的参数条件进行优化。方法:样品经前处理后加入叔戊醇标准溶液作为内标物,使用聚乙二醇-20M为固定相的石英毛细柱进行色谱分离。结果:在优化后的色谱条件下,乙醇在线性范围内相关性良好,相关系数R≥0.995,相对标准偏差小于2%,在线性范围内加标回收率为99.0%~102.0%,优于GB 5009.225—2016的方法。结论:该方法操作快捷、准确,适用于果酒、葡萄酒和啤酒等酒类中乙醇含量的测定。
Objective:This article optimizes the parameters and conditions of the national standard GB 5009.225—2016 for the detection of ethanol content.Method:The sample is pre-treated and added with tert-amyl alcohol standard solution as the internal standard,and polyethylene glycol-20M is used as the stationary phase for the chromatographic separation of the quartz capillary column.Results:Under the optimized chromatographic conditions,ethanol has a good correlation in the linear range,the correlation coefficient R≥0.995,the relative standard deviation is less than 2%,and the standard recovery rate in the linear range is 99.0%~102.0%,which is better than the method of GB 5009.225—2016.Conclusion:This method is fast and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of ethanol content in wine,wine,beer and other alcoholic beverages.
