摘要
为了解包装规格对食用植物油货架期内品质变化的影响,本文对不同包装规格食用植物油进行跟踪检测,分析其内在规律,得出同种食用植物油规格越大,品质变化趋缓,即包装规格和品质变化之间存在明显的负相关关系。据此,提出货架期试验开展方法,明确留样方式和检测频次,设置风险预警值。
In order to understand the impact of packaging specifications on the quality changes of edible vegetable oils during the shelf life,this paper conducts tracking tests on edible vegetable oils of different packaging specifications,and analyzes their inherent laws.There is an obvious negative correlation between quality changes.Based on this,the shelf life test development method is proposed,the method of sample retention and the frequency of testing are clarified,and the risk warning value is set.
