四川省绵阳地区空巢老人营养现状研究

Research on the Nutrition Status of Empty Nesters in Mianyang,Sichuan Province

目的:探究四川绵阳地区空巢老人的营养现状,分析其影响因素,提出相关策略以提高该人群健康水平。方法:研究团队对绵阳地区的200名空巢老人进行随机抽样营养调查,采用微型营养评定法(Mini Nutritional Assessment,MNA)对其营养状况评分。结果:在回收的172份有效问卷中,绵阳地区空巢老人营养状况良好者为24例(13.95%),有营养不良94例(54.65%),营养不良者为54例(31.40%),与营养不良风险组以及营养正常组相比较,营养不良组的上臂围(AMC)及小腿围(CC)测定值均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、文化程度、所患慢性病均对其MNA评分结果有影响。年龄增长与其营养评分呈负相关,文化水平与营养评分呈正相关,所患慢性病种类越少,机体营养评分越高。

Objective:To explore the nutritional status of empty nesters in Mianyang,Sichuan Province,analyze the influencing factors,and put forward relevant strategies to improve the health level of the population.Methods:The research team conducted a random sample survey of 200 empty-nesters in Mianyang,the nutritional status was evaluated by mini nutritional assessment(MNA).Results:Among the 172 valid questionnaires,24(13.95%)were in good nutritional status,94(54.65%)were at risk of malnutrition,and 54(31.40%)were malnutrition.Compared with the malnutrition risk group and normal nutrition group,the upper arm circumference(AMC)and leg circumference(CC)of malnutrition group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the result of this survey,age,education level,chronic diseases all have an impact on the MNA score.There was a negative correlation between age and nutritional score,and a positive correlation between educational level and nutritional score.The less the types of chronic diseases,the higher the nutritional score.
