摘要
21世纪以来,国内电力装备制造业大规模进入国际电力市场,面临诸多新的挑战,钎焊技术因变化小、变形少、工件尺寸准确,在电力装备制造业的大型发电机制造中获得相对广泛的应用。应用钎焊技术能够在不断增加的发电机容量和不断升级的产品结构中,更加科学、充分地满足大型发电机制造的高端需求,帮助其制造水平,全面体现国内电力装备制造业的先进水准。该文基于钎焊技术的技术原理分析了钎焊技术在大型发电机制造中的应用特点,并研究了钎焊技术的实际应用价值。
Since the 21 st century, the domestic power equipment manufacturing industry has entered the international power market on a large scale and is facing many new challenges. Brazing technology has been widely used in the manufacturing of large generators in the power equipment manufacturing industry because of its small change,less deformation and accurate size of workpiece. The application of brazing technology can more scientifically and fully meet the high-end demand of large-scale generator manufacturing, help its manufacturing level and fully reflect the advanced level of domestic electric power equipment manufacturing in the context of increasing generator capacity and upgrading product structure. This article analyzes the application characteristics of the brazing technology in the manufacture of large generators based on the technical principle of the brazing technology, and studies the practical application value of the brazing technology.
