对EPC工程总承包项目档案管理工作的思考

社会经济正处于发展的重要时期,工程基建不断扩张,对于EPC工程总承包项目档案管理工作也变得越来越复杂,人们能否将档案管理工作做好是当前的重中之重。EPC工程总承包项目档案能够真实地反映工程在建设过程中所运用到的计划、人员资金流动、建筑材料采集以及建筑质量是否达到标准等情况,也在一定程度上关系着建筑应用过后是否会对人们生命财产安全产生消极影响。该文介绍EPC工程总承包项目档案的意义、特点以及现状,并提出EPC工程总承包项目档案管理工作的策略。

Social economy is in an important period of development. With the continuous expansion of engineering infrastructure, the archives management of EPC project has become more and more complex. Whether people can do a good job in archives management is the top priority at present. EPC project archives can truly reflect the plan,personnel and capital flow, collection of building materials and whether the construction quality meets the standards used in the construction process of the project. It is also related to a certain extent whether the construction will have a negative impact on the safety of people’s lives and property after the application.This paper introduces the significance, characteristics and status of EPC project archives, and proposes the archives management strategy of EPC project.
