21世纪核心素养视角下高校学生领导力培养现状及对策研究

摘要 21世纪的公民需要适应不断变化与发展的社会,需要有过硬的综合素养和竞争力来面对未来的挑战。这与21世纪核心素养以"培养全面发展的人"为育人目标相吻合。该文梳理了21世纪核心素养和领导力的概念,分析了高校学生领导力研究现状,确定了领导力要素的5个维度,并以湖州职业技术学院为例,进行了高校学生领导力水平的调查研究。根据研究结果,分析目前高校学生领导力培养存在的问题并提出了相关对策。 The citizens of the 21 st century need to adapt to the changing and developing society and have excellent comprehensive quality and competitiveness to face the challenges of the future. This is consistent with the education goal of "cultivating people with all-round development" in the core literacy of the 21 st century. This paper sorted out the concepts of core literacy and leadership in the 21 st century, summarized the current research of college students’ leadership, determined the five dimensions of leadership elements. It takes Huzhou Vocational & Technical College as an example to investigate the leadership level of college students. According to the research results, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the current college students’ leadership cultivation and then puts forward relevant countermeasures.
