基层图书馆服务乡村振兴的几点思考与路径

Thoughts and Paths for Grassroots Libraries to Serve Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略是我国振兴乡村的重要战略部署,深入落实乡村振兴战略,有效实施乡村战略,已经成为各地政府需要应对的重要问题。自2017年习近平总书记提出"乡村振兴"战略以来,乡村经济得到了快速发展,至2020年脱贫攻坚"两不愁、三保障"目标已经实现,我国实现了全面脱贫,乡村振兴第一步已经成功迈出,框架、体系基本成形。第二步的目标是到2035年乡村振兴要取得重要的进展,作为基层的文化单位——公共图书馆,在乡村振兴战略实施过程中,要充分发挥助力作用,为乡村振兴战略的实施提供有力保障。笔者长期服务农村一线,该文就结合工作实际情况,从乡村振兴战略背景下基层图书馆与乡村之间的现状、如何促进基层图书馆作用发挥以及图书馆的服务路径三方面进行阐述。

The Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important strategic deployment for China’s Rural Revitalization,the in-depth implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the effective implementation of the rural strategy have become an important problem that local governments need to deal with. Since General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of "Rural Revitalization" in 2017, the rural economy has been developing rapidly,by 2020, the goal of "Two Worries and Three Guarantees" has been achieved, the first step of rural revitalization has been successfully taken, and the framework and system have basically shaped. The second step is to make significant progress in Rural Revitalization by 2035, as a grassroots cultural unit, the public library should give full play to it role in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and provide strong guarantee for it. The author has served the rural front line for a long time, combined with the actual situation of work, this paper expounds the current situation between grass-roots libraries and villages under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy, how to promote the role of grass-roots libraries and the service path of libraries.
