在高校建设中,图书馆属于为校内师生提供专业资料的重要机构,因此对图书馆的有效建设也受到了高校的重视。在高校图书馆内,建设阅读文化的工作将促进图书馆工作的进步,而馆员属于图书馆内的重要人员。为此,该文分析了图书馆阅读文化对馆员的影响、阅读文化建设中馆员的作用,探究在高校图书馆建设阅读文化时,如何充分发挥馆员的作用。

In the construction of colleges and universities, the library is an important institution to provide professional materials for teachers and students, so the effective construction of the library has also been paid attention to by colleges and universities. In university library, the construction of reading culture will promote the progress of library work, and librarians are the important personnel in the library. Therefore, this paper analyzes the influence of library reading culture on librarians and the role of librarians in the construction of reading culture, and explores how to give full play to the role of librarians in the construction of reading culture in university libraries.
