基层乡镇消防工作是火灾防控的基础,受消防队伍体制和政府工作机构制约,经济欠发达地区乡镇政府无专门的消防工作机构和专职的消防监管人员,火灾隐患得不到有效治理,"小火亡人"时有发生。该文主要以广东某经济欠发达地区县级市为例,分析乡镇消防工作现状,对比、借鉴有关好的做法,提出针对性的解决方案。

Grass roots township fire protection work is the basis of fire prevention and control, restricted by the fire brigade system and government working institutions, the township governments in economically underdeveloped areas do not have special fire fighting institutions and full-time fire supervision personnel, fire hidden danger can not be effectively controlled, "small fire death" occurs from time to time. Taking a county-level city in an economically underdeveloped area of Guangdong as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of township fire protection work, compares and draws lessons from relevant good practices, and puts forward targeted solutions.
