档案信息化建设实施的理论思考分析

Theoretical Thinking and Analysis on the Implementation of Archives Informatization Construction

本文主要针对档案信息化建设实施的理论展开深入研究,结合信息化管理对档案建设的意义,阐述档案信息化建设存在的问题,如网络化建设的协调能力有待提高、信息化建设和辅助能力不足、档案信息数据缺少真实性等,然后又提出几点切实可行的实施措施,主要包括加快档案信息化网络建设的进程、不断提高科学规划建设的水平、建立健全的档案管理制度、加强档案管理硬件的建设、注重档案管理软件开发和利用,进而不断提高档案信息化建设的水平。

This paper makes mainly an in-depth study on the theory of the implementation of archives informatization construction.Combined with the significance of informatization management to the archives construction,this paper expounds the problems existing in archives information construction,such as the coordination ability of network construction needs to be improved,for the lack of informatization construction and auxiliary ability,as well as the authenticity of archives information data etc.,then it puts forward several practical implementation measures,including mainly to accelerate the process of archives informatization network construction,improving continuously the level of scientific planning and construction,establishing a sound archives management system,strengthening the construction of archives management hardware,paying attention to the development and utilization of archives management software,so as to improve continuously the level of archives informatization construction.
