摘要
结核病是由结核分枝杆菌引起的一种人兽共患慢性传染病,随着结核分枝杆菌自身演变和抗结核病药物的使用,导致结核分枝杆菌产生耐药性。目前根据结核病患者是否接受过抗结核病药物的治疗,将结核分枝杆菌的耐药性分为两种,一种是原发性耐药,另一种是获得性耐药。为了探索结核分枝杆菌的耐药机制,本文对原发性与获得性耐药机制进行阐述,为后续新型抗结核病药物的研发奠定理论基础。
Tuberculosis is a serious zoonotic disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.With the evolution of M.tuberculosis and the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs,Mycobacterium tuberculosis has developed drug resistance.Depending on whether patients with TB have received anti-tuberculosis drug treatment,the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is mainly divided into two types,one is primary drug resistance and the other is acquired drug resistance.In order to explore the drug resistance mechanism of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,this article describes mechanisms of the primary and acquired drug resistance mechanisms in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research and development of new anti-tuberculosis drugs.
