快速康复外科理念对基底节区脑出血患者神经功能康复及并发症的影响

Effects of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept on neurological rehabilitation and complications in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia

目的:分析快速康复外科理念对基底节区脑出血患者神经功能康复及并发症的影响。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年12月安徽皖北煤电集团总医院住院的90例基底节区脑出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上进行快速康复外科干预,两组干预周期均为10d。比较两组干预前后日常生活活动能力(activity of daily living,ADL)及运动功能、神经功能恢复情况、生活质量和并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组ADL及运动功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组神经恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症的发生率为8.89%,显著低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念有利于改善基底节区脑出血患者ADL和运功功能,促进神经功能恢复,提高生活质量,降低并发症的发生率。

Objective:To explore the effects of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept on neurological rehabilitation and complications of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia.Methods:A total of 90 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgery intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 10 days.The activities of daily living,motor function,recovery of nerve function,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:The scores of ADL and motor function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neurological recovery of patients in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.89%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.22%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery is beneficial to improve the daily activities and exercise function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia,promote the recovery of neurological function,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
