共价功能化方法改善PS/MoS_(2)复合材料的性能

摘要 通过萘/钠和四氢呋喃形成的还原体系与溶剂超声剥离的二硫化钼(MoS_(2))纳米片进行反应,使其表面产生负电荷来进行十二烷基链的共价功能化,反应温和,接枝率高且形成了牢固的共价键合。功能化的MoS_(2)纳米片在聚苯乙烯(PS)基质中实现了良好的分散,随着其含量的增加,PS/MoS_(2)复合材料的机械性能和热性能明显提高。负载1%(质量分数)的功能化纳米片,复合材料的拉伸强度,杨氏模量和储能模量较纯样分别提高了67%,106.7%和59.8%,玻璃化转变温度从纯样的83.2℃提升到93.8℃。另外,PS/1.0%复合材料的焦炭收率达到2.7%,纯PS仅为0.1%。 In this study,the reduction system of naphthalene/sodium and tetrahydrofuran was used to react with solvent-exfoliated molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))nanosheets to generate negative charges on the MoS_(2) surface and then realized the covalent functionalization of the dodecyl chains.The reaction is mild,the grafting rate is high,and a strong covalent bond is formed.The functionalized MoS_(2) nanosheets achieve good dispersion in the polystyrene(PS)matrix.With the increase of its content,the mechanical and thermal properties of the PS/MoS_(2) composites are significantly improved.When loading 1%(mass concentration)of functionalized MoS_(2) nanosheets,the tensile strength,Young′s modulus and storage modulus of the composite increased by 67%,106.7%and 59.8%respectively compared with the pure sample.The glass transition temperature increased from 83.2℃of the pure sample to 93.8℃.In addition,the coke yield of the PS/1.0%composite reaches 2.7%,and the pure PS is only 0.1%.
