Establishment of Safety Attitude Index System of Construction Workers and Weight Calculation

为更好地评价建筑工人的安全态度,依据相应的理论基础,通过建立工作压力、作业疲劳和安全态度之间的结构方程模型明确三者之间的影响关系;根据工作压力、作业疲劳和安全态度的分层指标建立了建筑工人安全态度的指标体系。为对建筑工人的安全态度实行更好的管理,通过层次分析法对体系中各指标进行分析和量化,从而明确了各级中的各指标对目标层指标即安全态度的权重。

In order to evaluate the safety attitude of construction workers more correctly,on the basis of corresponding theory,the influence relationship among work pressure,work fatigue and safety attitude is clarified by establishing the structural equation model,and the index system of construction workers′safety attitude is established according to the hierarchical indexes of the three.In order to better manage the safety attitude of construction workers,the indexes in the system are analyzed and quantified by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),so as to clarify the weight of each index in each level to the target level index.
