针对加热炉煤气设施现况,在分析加热炉煤气燃烧过程中的回火危害、非稳态煤气使用易发事故的基础上,文章总结、归纳了加热炉煤气操作相应的安全保障技术措施,为加热炉煤气操作的安全规范提供参考,并就煤气操作安全保障技术措施进行了论述。

This paper analyzes the current situation of heating furnace gas facilities and backfire hazards in the process of combustion and unstable gas use accident,summarizes the corresponding safety technical measures for heating furnace gas operation,and provides reference for the safety standards of heating furnace gas operation.Also it studies the technical measures to ensure the safety of gas operation.
