基于网格化的安全教育培训体系建设研究

针对目前安全教育培训针对性不强、效果不佳的现象,遵循因人施教、实事求是的原则,引入网格技术,优化安全教育培训体系。通过实例应用验证了基于网格化的安全教育培训体系能够实现各专业协调发展、岗位职工安全素养全面提升、安全培训良性循环,对企业安全教育培训工作具有一定的借鉴意义。

Aiming at the current phenomenon of safety education and training that is not well-targeted and ineffective,following the principle of teaching people according to the individual and seeking truth from facts,grid technology is introduced to optimize the safety education and training system.It is verified through practical application that the grid-based safety education and training system can achieve coordinated development of various professions,comprehensive improvement of job safety literacy,and a virtuous circle of safety training,which has certain reference significance for enterprise safety education and training.
