现代林业新型森林防火体系建设研究

Study on the Construction of New Forest Fire Preve-ntion System in Modern Forestry

防火是林业建设管理工作中的重点与难点,新时代背景下森林防火体系建设工作的重要性更加凸显,积极落实好现代林业新型森林防火体系建设显得十分急迫和必要。本文重点从森林防火工作体系建设、森林防火水屏障体系建设、森林防火联防联控体系建设、森林防火隔离体系建设、森林防火应急体系建设五个方面论述新型森林防火体系建设的要点与策略,以期为有关单位和研究人员提供建议。

Fire prevention is the key and difficult point in forestry construction and management.Under the background of the new era,the importance of forest fire prevention system construction is more prominent.It is very urgent and necessary to actively implement the construction of new forest fire prevention system in modern forestry.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the key points and Strategies of the construction of new forest fire prevention system from five aspects:the construction of forest fire prevention work system,the construction of forest fire prevention water barrier system,the construction of forest fire prevention joint prevention and control system,the construction of forest fire isolation system and the construction of forest fire emergency system,hoping to provide some suggestions for relevant units and researchers.
