摘要
温度响应型可注射水凝胶是一类新兴的智能材料,能够在温度诱导作用下实现"注射前溶液,注射后凝胶"的材料形态变化,在生物医学领域具有丰富的应用前景。本文采用自由基聚合方法在天然聚合物壳聚糖(CS)的分子中引入聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAAm)链段,所得材料能够响应环境温度表现出可逆的形态转变。同时流变测试和载药释药实验表明,CS/PNIPAAm水凝胶具有良好的力学性能和缓释药物的能力,并且这些性能可以通过改变原料中NIPAAm的含量来进行调控。
The temperature-responsive injectable hydrogels is a kind of rising intelligent materials,which is soluble before the injection and gelling after the injection with the temperature changes.It has been develop rich applications in biomedicine.Here we use free radical polymerization to introduce poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm)into the molecules of natural polymer chitosan(CS).The resulting materials exhibit a reversible transition with the ambient temperature changes.Moreover,rheological tests and drug release experiments show that CS/PNIPAAm hydrogel perform well on mechanical and controlled release properties.These properties also could be adjusted by changing the content of NIPAAm.
