政企联手打造“燃气无隐患街区”——一种以点带面高效整治城市燃气安全隐患的工作模式

Government and Enterprises Work Together to Build A"Gas Hazard Free Block"——A Working Mode of Efficiently Rectifying Hidden Dangers of Urban Gas Safety from Point to Area

燃气安全关系着千家万户的生命财产安全,随着城市化水平的不断提高,管道燃气、瓶装液化气的使用覆盖范围不断扩大,在城市燃气快速发展的背后,燃气安全事故、燃气安全隐患逐渐成为社会关注的焦点和城市安全管理的难点。本文介绍了一种政企联手以打造"燃气无隐患街区"为突破点、以点带面,高效整治城市燃气安全隐患的工作模式,并介绍了该模式在广州市老城区成功运用的典型案例,为同行城市燃气公司在隐患整治的过程中提供经验分享。

Gas safety is related to the life and property safety of thousands of households.With the continuous improvement of urbanization level,the use coverage of pipeline gas and bottled liquefied gas is expanding.Behind the rapid development of urban gas,gas safety accidents and hidden dangers have gradually become the focus of social attention and the difficulty of urban safety management.This paper introduces a working mode in which government and enterprises work together to build a"gas hazard free block"as a breakthrough point,point by area and effectively rectify the potential safety hazards of urban gas,and introduces a typical case of the successful application of this mode in the old urban area of Guangzhou,so as to provide experience sharing for peer urban gas companies in the process of hazard rectification.
