摘要
为了解决某纺织企业污水厂出水TN无法稳定达标的问题,提出将该企业生产过程中产生的所有高氨氮废水进行单独收集处理的方法,采用"初沉+A/O+MBR"的处理工艺对高氨氮印染废水进行处理,出水TN小于40mg/L,氨氮小于25mg/L,COD小于300mg/L。介绍了整个印染高氨氮废水处理工程的工艺流程、主要构筑物的设计参数,配套设备及运行效果,并计算了该工程的运行成本。
In order to resolve the problem that TN in the effluent of a textile enterprise wastewater treatment plant can not reach the standard stably,the method of collecting and treating all high ammonia nitrogen wastewater produced in the production process of the enterprise separately is proposed.The process of primary sedimentation+A/O+MBR is adopted to treat the high ammonia nitrogen printing and dyeing wastewater.TN in the effluent is less than 40mg/L,ammonia nitrogen is less than 25mg/L,COD is less than 300mg/L.This paper introduces the technological process,design parameters of main structures,supporting equipment and operation effect of the whole printing and dyeing high ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment project,and calculates the operation cost of the whole project.
