摘要
针对钻井过程具有不可视、不可逆、高成本和高风险的特点,在钻井工程课堂教学时存在理论与实际联系不够紧密的困境,将钻井工程虚拟仿真软件作为教学资源,通过虚拟仿真软件合理设计了难以从书本和理论授课理解的四大块内容,包括井场设备虚拟漫游认知、钻井过程、固井过程及井控过程虚拟仿真操作。并采取了一系列钻井虚拟仿真软件应用措施,包括设置虚拟仿真软件教学课、学生电脑安装软件自学以及收集软件使用体会及改进措施等。结果表明,相比于钻井过程动画或视频,通过将钻井虚拟仿真软件贯穿在整个钻井工程教学活动中,对学生钻井过程的认知有更显著影响,可以促进学生更好地发展。
The drilling process has the characteristics of non-visible,irreversible,high-cost and high-risk,the theory and practice are not closely connected in the classroom teaching of the drilling engineering.Virtual simulation software of drilling engineering is used as teaching resources.Four major contents that are difficult to be understood from books and theories are designed in the virtual simulation software,including virtual roaming cognition of rig site equipment,virtual simulation operation of drilling process,cementing process and well control process.A series of measures for the application of drilling virtual simulation software were taken,including setting up virtual simulation software teaching courses,self-learning of computer installation software for students,and collecting software use experience and improvement measures.The results show that compared with the drilling process animation or video,through the drilling virtual simulation software throughout the whole drilling engineering teaching activities,it has a more significant impact on students’cognition of the drilling process,and can promote students’better development.
