水性羟基丙烯酸树脂的合成及性能研究

摘要 实验通过自由基聚合法合成水性羟基丙烯酸树脂,引发剂选用偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN),溶剂为无水乙醇,软单体采用BA,硬单体采用苯乙烯和MMA,丙烯酰胺、HEA为主要的功能性单体。讨论了反应时间、反应温度、软硬单体配比和羟基含量对产品的转化率的影响,同时考察涂膜性能等。采用FTIR鉴定产物的结构,结果表明,当引发剂含量占丙烯酸单体的2.4%,保温聚合阶段温度为82℃,反应总时长320min,软硬单体比12:17,含羟基单体占比为16.50%时,树脂的稳定性、耐热性好,单体转化率高,涂膜附着力为0级、硬度5H、冲击强度为100kg·cm。 Waterborne hydroxyl acrylic resin was synthesized by free radical polymerization,Azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator,butyl acrylate as soft monomer,styrene and methyl methacrylate as hard monomers,acrylamide and hydroxyethyl acrylate were used as main functional monomers.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,soft-hard monomer ratio and hydroxyl content on the conversion rate and coating performance were discussed.The structure of the product was identified by FTIR.The results showed that when the initiator content was 2.4%of acrylic acid monomer,the polymerization temperature was 82℃,the total reaction time was 320min,the ratio of soft and hard monomer was 12:17,and the ratio of hydroxyl monomer was 16.50%,The product has good stability,heat resistance,high conversion rate,Adhesion 0,hardness 5 H,impact strength 100kg·cm.
