摘要 精馏是一种较为复杂的传质传热过程,具有被控变量、过程变量与可操纵变量较多以及机理复杂等特点。精馏是我国在开展化工生产工作过程中,使用最普遍的一种分离手段,同时也存在着能耗量相对较高的问题。在实际生产过程中,为确保产品的质量能达标,工作人员在进行精馏设备的操作时通常会采取较为保守的操作方式,同时其使用的操作参数也缺乏合理性。在精馏阶段耗费的能量大多数不是用于组分分离,而是被冷却水以及分离组分所消耗,所以,针对精馏的过程进行优化,可有效提升节能效益。由于当前我国石油化工产业正处于高速发展的过程中,因此精馏操作适用范畴也逐渐提升。此外,人们还希望在精馏过程中尽可能减少能源的耗用量,学者们应当针对精馏塔的控制与节能优化开展研究。 Distillation is a complex mass and heat transfer process,which has many controlled variables,process variables and controllable variables,as well as complex mechanism.Distillation is the most commonly used separation method in the process of chemical production in China.At the same time,there is a problem of relatively high energy consumption.In the actual production process,in order to ensure that the product quality can meet the standard,the staff usually adopt a more conservative operation mode when operating the distillation equipment,and the operation parameters used are also unreasonable.Most of the energy consumed in the distillation stage is not used for component separation,but is consumed by cooling water and separated components.Therefore,optimizing the distillation process can effectively improve energy-saving benefits.At present,China’s petrochemical industry is in the process of rapid development,so the applicable scope of distillation operation is gradually improved.In addition,people also hope to reduce energy consumption as much as possible in the distillation process.Scholars should study the control and energy-saving optimization of distillation column.
