饲粮中铁和植酸酶水平对蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋品质的影响 被引量:2

Effects of dietary iron and phytase levels on performance and eggshell quality of layers

摘要 为研究饲粮中不同铁与植酸酶水平对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋壳品质,以及饲粮中添加植酸酶对铁吸收利用率的影响,试验选取生产性能、体重一致的350日龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡2304只,随机分为6个组,每组8个重复,每个重复48只鸡。试验采用2×3双因子试验设计,分别在基础饲粮中添加2个水平的植酸酶(500、2000 FTY/kg)和3个水平硫酸亚铁(40、60 mg/kg和80 mg/kg),组成6种日粮,试验期为70 d。结果表明:500 FTY/kg植酸酶可满足蛋鸡基本营养需求,2000 FTY/kg植酸酶添加量可提高鸡蛋蛋壳颜色,且有提高产蛋量、蛋壳强度、哈氏单位的趋势。40 mg/kg铁可满足蛋鸡基本营养需求,60 mg/kg以上铁添加量可改善蛋壳颜色、蛋壳强度和哈氏单位。2000 FTY/kg与60 mg/kg互作是最优选择,可提高鸡蛋蛋壳颜色、蛋壳强度和哈氏单位,与表现最差组相比,提高幅度分别为6.05%、6.44%和0.88%。 This experiment studied the effects of dietary iron supplementation and phytase levels on production performance and eggshell quality of laying hens,and the effect of phytase on iron absorption and utilization rate.2304 hyline brown layers with the same production performance and body weight at 350 days old were randomly divided into 6 groups with 8 replicates in each group and 48 hens in each replicate.2×3 two factor design was used.Two levels of phytase(500,2000 FTY/kg)and three levels of ferrous sulfate(40,60 mg/kg and 80 mg/kg)were added to the diet.The experiment lasted for 70 days.The results showed that 500 FTY/kg phytase could meet the basic nutritional needs of laying hens,2000 FTY/kg phytase could improve the color of egg shell,which had the trend of increasing egg production,eggshell strength and Hastelloy unit.40 mg/kg iron could meet the basic nutritional needs of laying hens,but more than 60 mg/kg iron could improve the eggshell color,eggshell strength and Hastelloy unit.The interaction of 2000 FTY/kg and 60 mg/kg was the best choice,which could improve the eggshell color,eggshell strength and Hastelloy unit,compared with the worst group,the improvement rates were 6.05%,6.44%and 0.88%respectively.
