基于资金结算中心的大型饲料企业资金集中管理研究

Research on centralized fund management of large feed enterprises based on fund settlement center

我国是农牧业大国,改革开放后饲料行业经历了快速发展,企业数量不断增多,企业规模不断壮大,逐渐成为我国农业领域中的重要行业。但是近几年来,在资金管理方面,部分饲料企业也出现了体系制度不完善,资金集中管理程度低等问题,导致传统的管理和运作方式难以匹配企业现阶段的发展情况和需求。因此,基于资金结算中心的集中管理方式,能够在一定程度上最大化降低饲料企业的资金运作风险。本文通过分析企业资金管理现状和问题,探讨了资金结算中心为企业资金运作所带来的帮助,并提出了相应的管理方法,助力进一步降低大型饲料企业资金管理风险,推动企业健康持续高质量发展。

China is a big country of agriculture and animal husbandry.But in recent years,in terms of fund management,some feed enterprises also have imperfect system and low degree of centralized management of funds,resulting in the traditional management and operation mode is difficult to match the development situation and needs of enterprises at the present stage.Therefore,the centralized management mode based on capital settlement center can minimize the risk of capital operation of feed enterprises to a certain extent.By analyzing the current situation and problems of enterprise capital management,this paper put forward the corresponding management methods to help further reduce the risk of capital management of large feed enterprises,and promote the healthy,sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises.
