饲料企业人力资源外包的风险防范与有效实施路径 被引量:1

摘要 在饲料企业竞争不断加剧,以及价格竞争逐渐变为人力资源竞争的背景下,加强饲料企业人力资源管理具有十分重要的意义。目前,通过将人力资源管理的部分或全部内容进行外包,有利于帮助饲料企业降低管理成本,提升管理质量,使企业有更多精力聚焦于核心业务。但由于人力资源外包在饲料企业运用还处于初期,不少持观望态度,也有部分饲料企业积极进行人力资源外包服务,但外包存在一定的风险,不利于企业的稳定生产经营。基于此背景,本文以饲料企业为研究对象,通过深入分析饲料企业人力资源外包的原因以及人力资源在外包方面存在的服务质量无法满足企业需要,信息泄露导致经营风险增加,外包监督体系不完善等问题,提出风险防范有效的实施路径,为我国饲料企业人力资源外包业务发展起到推动作用。 It is of great significance to strengthen human resource management in feed enterprises under the background of increasing competition among feed enterprises and gradually changing from price competition to human resource competition.At present,the outsourcing of part or all of human resource management can help feed enterprises reduce management costs,improve management quality and focus more energy on core business.However,due to the use of human resource outsourcing in feed enterprises is still in the early stage,many feed enterprises hold a wait-and-see attitude to human resource outsourcing,and some feed enterprises actively carry out human resource outsourcing services,but there are certain risks in human resource outsourcing of feed enterprises,which is not conducive to the stable production and operation of enterprises.Based on this background,this paper took feed enterprises as the research object,analyzed the reasons for human resources outsourcing in the enterprises,and the problems that human resources outsourcing service quality can't meet the needs of the enterprise,information leakage risk lead to increased risk management,human resources outsourcing and the supervision system is not perfect.In view of the risks existing in human resource outsourcing of feed enterprises,the effective implementation path of risk prevention were put forward,which played a role in promoting the development of human resource outsourcing of feed enterprises in China.
