摘要
针对某600 MW燃煤机组超低排放改造项目的湿式电除尘器的进、出口的主要污染物指标,在不同负荷工况下,采用网格化等速采样法进行了现场测试,并分析了湿式电除尘器对主要污染物指标的协同脱除效果。测试结果表明:湿式电除尘器对2.5μm及以上的颗粒物脱除效率在80%以上,对SO_(2),SO_(3),雾滴的脱除效率不低于30%,对NO_(x)基本无脱除能力,对汞也有明显的脱除作用,脱除效率达到60%以上;其中氧化态汞的脱除效果更加明显,脱除率高达85%。
The main pollutant indexes of the inlet and outlet of wet electric precipitator of a 600 MW coal-fired unit after ultra-low emission retrofit were measured under different load conditions by using the meshized isothermal sampling method,and the collaborative removal effect of wet electric precipitator on main pollutant indexes was analyzed.The results showed that the removal efficiency of wet electrostatic precipitator was more than 80%for particulate matter of 2.5μm or more,and the removal efficiencies of SO_(2),SO_(3) and fog droplets were not less than 30%synchronously.The removal efficiency of mercury was more than 60%,And the synergistic removal of gaseous mercuric oxide was more obvious and the removal efficiency was nearly 85%.
