摘要 对脱硫废水的特性和化学沉淀法进行了详细阐述,针对目前脱硫废水悬浮物含量高以及吸收塔浆液Cl^(-)浓度高这两个问题,探讨了湿法脱硫的废水悬浮物含量控制以及Cl^(-)浓度控制优化方法。通过对脱硫原料进行清洁化预处理以及对真空皮带机滤液回收进行改造,废水中悬浮物含量由15%降低至3%左右。通过对石膏脱水系统的管路进行改造优化,吸收塔浆液中浓度稳定在12000 mg/L左右。通过两方面的优化,脱硫废水得到充分利用,降低了工业耗水量,同时降低了皮带机等的工作耗能,达到了节能减排的效果。 The characteristics of the desulfurization wastewater and the chemical precipitation method are elaborated.The technology in regard to the wet desulfurization wastewater suspended solids content control and Cl^(-)concentration control are studied.Through the clean pretreatment on desulfurization raw materials and the retrofit on the vacuum belt conveyor filtrate recovery system,the suspended solids content in the wastewater is reduced from 15%to 3%.Through the optimization of the pipeline of the gypsum dehydration system,the concentration of the slurry in the absorption tower is stabilized at about 12000 mg/L.Through the optimization of two aspects,the desulfurization wastewater is fully utilized,the industrial water consumption is reduced,and the working energy consumption of the belt conveyor is reduced,and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is achieved.
