摘要
随着我国对火电行业节能减排降耗要求的不断提高,针对300 MW、600 MW级机组长期运行存在的问题,汽轮机通流改造成为火电企业节能改造主要措施之一。主要介绍了目前我国300 MW及600 MW级机组存在的问题以及主流的通流改造技术方案,在对近年来实施通流改造的十余台机组的改造效果和投资水平的分析的基础上,对我国及部分省份的通流改造经济性进行测算和分析。结果表明,在假定的边界条件下,我国大部分地区300 MW级和600 MW级机组通流改造具有较好的经济效益。其中新疆、内蒙古、山西、四川、宁夏等省份受煤价及火电利用小时数影响,通流改造经济效益一般,这些省份在进行通流改造时应关注优化通流改造方案,降低投资、提高节煤效果,从而提高机组改造的经济性。
With China's continuously upgrading demand of energy saving and emission reduction on utility power industry,flow passage retrofits on 300 MW-class and 600 MW-class steam turbines have become one of the main energy-saving renovation for utility power enterprises.In this paper,the current problems of 300 MW-class and 600 MW-class turbines and the main technical features of flow passage retrofit solutions are introduced.Based on the analysis of output effects and investment levels of several turbines retrofitted during recent years,the economy of flow passage retrofit in some provinces are calculated and analyzed.The results show that the flow passage retrofit of 300 MW-class and 600 MWclass turbines in most areas of China has obtained preferable economic benefits.However,the economic benefits in Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Sichuan and Ningxia are relatively poor due to lower coal prices and annual utilization hours.The flow passage retrofit scheme in these provinces should be further optimized to reduce the investment and improve the coal-saving effect so as to improve the economical efficiency.
