摘要
[目的]了解云南省青少年饮食行为现状和影响因素,为青少年的饮食行为干预提供建议。[方法]采用中国社会科学院大学研发的《中国青少年健康行为研究调查问卷》,对云南省随机整群抽取的16所中小学和5所大学开展现场网络调查。[结果]63%的学生不能天天早餐。蔬菜、水果、奶/奶制品(鲜奶、酸奶、奶酪)每天摄入少于1次的学生分别是39.9%、67.5%和73.9%,甜食、含糖饮料(糖饮料咖啡等)每天至少吃1次的分别是22.9%和17.7%;每周至少5次吃咸菜、点外卖或吃快餐的学生分别是19.4%和1.4%;学生不健康饮食行为不仅受人口学特征影响,还与家庭结构、家庭社会经济状况及父母受教育程度有关。[结论]云南省校内青少年不良饮食行为普遍存在,需要采取有针对性的干预策略与措施。
Objective To understand current situation and influencing factors of adolescents dietary behavior in Yunnan Province so as to provide suggestions for adolescents' dietary behavior intervention.Methods It used the questionnaire of“Chinese Adolescent Health Behavior Research”developed by the university of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.16 basic education schools and 5 universities in Yunnan province were randomly selected to carry out on-site network survey.Results 63%of the students couldn t had breakfast every day.The students ate vegetables,fruits,milk/dairy products(fresh milk,yoghurt and cheese)less than once a day which accounted for 39.9%,67.5%and 73.9%respectively;The students ate sweets and drank sugared beverages(sugar drinks,coffee,etc.)at least once a day which accounted for 22.9%and 17.7%respectively;The students ate pickles,called takeout or ate fast food at least 5 times weekly which accounted for 19.4%and 1.4%respectively.Students' unhealthy eating behavior was not only affected by demographic characteristics,but also related to family structure,family socioeconomic status and parents education level.Conclusions The unhealthy dietary habits of adolescents in school in Yunnan province are ubiquity,and need to take targeted intervention strategies and measures.
