单肺移植术治疗特发性肺纤维化1例 被引量:1

摘要 肺移植是目前治疗各种终末期肺疾病的唯一有效办法^([1,2])。特发性肺纤维化是一种原因不明的慢性、进行性、致纤维化性间质性肺炎的特殊类型,以气急和肺功能逐渐性恶化为特征,终致呼吸衰竭^([3])。特发性肺纤维化的中位生存期为3~5年,5年生存率仅有20%~40%,肺移植是唯一能延长特发性肺纤维化生存期的办法。2021年7月21日我们对1例特发性肺纤维化终末期患者进行了左单肺移植术,现对临床资料进行总结,报道如下。
