MOOC背景下高校外语教师身份认同的叙事研究

摘要 MOOC的盛行,推动了高校外语教学改革,给外语教师的身份认同带来了一定的影响。研究从叙事角度,以江苏某院校一名英语专业教师作为个案研究对象,探知其MOOC背景下身份认同的历程及影响因素。研究发现,MOOC背景下高校外语教师的身份认同是动态的、发展的过程,经历了迷茫期、探索期和蜕变期三个阶段;影响其身份认同的因素主要包括个人因素和社会情境因素两种,且在不同时期呈现出差异性及多元化。研究有利于促进高校外语教师的专业发展,进而推进高校英语专业教学改革。
