白花蛇舌草中环烯醚萜类成分的药理活性及其稳定性研究进展

Progress on the pharmacological activity and stability of iridoids from Hedyotis diffusa Willd.

为了对白花蛇舌草的进一步研究、开发和利用奠定基础,将近年来白花蛇舌草中环烯醚萜类化合物的药理作用及其稳定性相关文献进行调研和归纳总结。作为传统中药材之一,白花蛇舌草中富含环烯醚萜类成分。该类成分具有抗炎、抗纤维化、肝保护等多种药理作用。环烯醚萜具有半缩醛结构导致其稳定性较差,药理活性降低或发生变化。通过近年来白花蛇舌草中环烯醚萜类化合物的药理作用及其稳定性进行综述,为其进一步研究、开发和利用奠定基础。

To establish a foundation for further development and utilization of Hedyotis diffusa Willd(H.diffusa).The pharmacological activities and stability of iridoids in H.diffusa were investigated and summarized.As one of the traditional Chinese medicine,H.diffusa is rich in iridoids,which have varieties of pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammation,anti-fibrosis,liver protection,and so on.The hemiacetal structure of iridoid leads to poor stability and decreased or changed its pharmacological activity.In this paper,the pharmacological activities and stability of iridoids in H.diffusa reported in recent years were reviewed,which would provide reference for further research,development and utilization of the plant.
