摘要
目的针对国六标准三元催化器GBD机器人自动封装生产线设计需求,为了提高GBD的封装效率和质量,减少重复劳作,减轻生产过程中的劳动强度,降低企业生产成本,以缩短生产线生产周期、提升自动化水平。方法重点完成生产线电气系统设计等内容,改变传统的单PLC控制方法。结果在原有的封装生产线的基础上,突破多PLC控制系统的关键技术,研制出了GBD机器人自动封装生产线电气系统。通过实际生产使用,有效地提升了生产线封装效率,将单载体单次缩径整线生产节拍由60 s缩短至45 s,有效提高了生产线的封装效率。结论实践证明,该GBD封装生产线能平稳运行,显著提升企业的自动化水平。
The work aims to improve the packaging efficiency and quality of GBD,reduce the repetitive work,lower the labor intensity in production process and decrease the enterprise production costs according to the design requirements of GBD robot automatic packaging production line for three-way catalytic converter in China VI vehicle emission standards,so as to shorten the cycle of the production line and enhance the level of automation.The electrical system of production line was designed and the traditional single PLC control method was changed.On the basis of the original packaging production line,the key technology of multi-PLC control system was realized,so the electrical system for GBD robot automatic packaging production line was developed.Through the operation in actual production,the electrical system effectively improved the packaging efficiency of the production line,shortened the production time of single-carrier single shrinkage whole line from 60 s to 45 s,and effectively enhanced the packaging efficiency of the production line.Practice has proved that the GBD packaging production line can run smoothly and can significantly improve the automation level of the enterprise.
