摘要
研究了毛用活性染料在壳聚糖纤维中的染色动力学参数和最佳染色工艺。结果表明:毛用活性染料对壳聚糖纤维的染色动力学满足准二级动力学模型,相关系数在0.99以上,元明粉的加入不会影响其吸附模型;优化的染色工艺为pH=5.0、温度80℃、时间50 min、匀染剂质量浓度1.0 g/L,并且具有较好的提升性。
The dyeing kinetic parameters and optimal dyeing process of reactive dyes for wool in dyeing of chitosan fibers are studied.The results show that the dyeing kinetics of chitosan fibers with reactive dyes for wool conforms the quasi-secondary kinetic model,and the correlation coefficient is above 0.99.The addition of sodium sulfate does not affect the adsorption model.The optimized dyeing process is pH=5.0,the dyeing temperature is 80℃,the dyeing time is 50 min,leveling agent is 1.0 g/L,and the dyeings show a good building up property.
