Testing method of anti-mite textiles

对GB/T 24253—2009《纺织品防螨性能的评价》中粉尘螨的人工培育、对照样的选择、试验结果的重复性进行探究,发现粉尘螨对面料的颜色和材质有不同的喜好。当面料对粉尘螨的驱避率小于80%时,试验结果重复性较差。当培育的粉尘螨数量不足2000只时,可采用"厌螨值"代替驱避率评价防螨性能,操作上更加简单。

The artificial breeding of mites,the selection of control samples,and the repeatability of test results in GB/T 24253—2009"Evaluation of Textile Anti-mite"are explored.It is found that dermatophagoides farinae have different preferences for the color and material of fabric.When the repellent rate of the fabric is less than80%,the reproducibility of the experiment is poor.When the number of cultivated dust mites is less than 2000,the"mite disgust value"can be used instead of the repellent rate to evaluate the anti-mites activity,and the operation is simpler.
