激素替代疗法对围绝经期患者睡眠障碍的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Sleep Disorders in Perimenopausal Patients with Hormone Replacement Therapy

目的:探讨激素替代疗法对围绝经期患者睡眠障碍的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2021年3月福建省南平市妇幼保健院收治的围绝经期患者110例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用地西泮片进行治疗,观察组采用激素替代疗法治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后血清性激素治疗水平、绝经期生命质量量表(MENQOL)评分和PSQI评分情况。结果:治疗后观察组血清性激素水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组MENQOL评分、PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:激素替代疗法可以很大程度改善围绝经期患者的血清性激素情况,缓解围绝经期患者的临床症状,改善其睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of hormone replacement therapy on sleep disorders in perimenopausal patients.Methods:A total of 110 perimenopausal patients admitted to the outpatient department of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Nanping from March 2018 to March 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 55 cases each.The control group was treated with diazepam tablets,and the research group was treated with hormone replacement therapy.The levels of serum sex hormone,MENQOL and PSQI scores in 2 groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the level of serum sex hormone in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).MENQOL and PSQI scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hormone replacement therapy can greatly improve the serum sex hormone status of perimenopausal patients,relieve the clinical symptoms of perimenopenopausal patients,improve their sleep quality,worthy of clinical promotion.
