血液透析对难治性心力衰竭患者睡眠质量和生命质量的影响

Effect of Hemodialysis on Sleep and Quality of Life in Patients with Refractory Heart Failure

目的:观察分析血液透析对难治性心力衰竭患者睡眠和生命质量的影响。方法:选取2015年2月至2019年12月合肥市第二人民医院收治的难治性心力衰竭患者30例作为研究对象,全部患者均接受血液透析治疗,对其临床资料和随访资料进行分析,比较患者治疗前后的睡眠质量和生命质量评分。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后患者各项PSQI评分以及总分均明显降低(P<0.05),且心理健康、情感职能、社会功能、精力、总体健康、生理职能、生理功能评分均明显提高(P<0.05),肢体疼痛评分则明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:采用血液透析治疗能显著改善难治性心力衰竭患者的睡眠质量和生命质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of hemodialysis on sleep and quality of life in patients with refractory heart failure.Methods:A total of 30 patients with refractory heart failure in Hefei second people′s Hospital from February 2015 to December 2019 were selected.All patients were treated with hemodialysis.The clinical data and follow-up data were observed,and the sleep and life quality of patients before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:Compared with before treatment,the sleep quality scores and PSQI total scores were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of mental health,emotional function,social function,energy,general health,physiological function and physiological function were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),while limb pain score was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis can significantly improve the quality of sleep and life of patients with refractory heart failure,which has clinical value.
