高通量血液透析对尿毒症患者失眠及瘙痒并发症的影响

Effects of High-flux Hemodialysis on Complications of Insomnia and Pruritus in Patients with Uremia

目的:探讨高通量血液透析对尿毒症伴失眠及瘙痒并发症患者的干预效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年2月东源县人民医院收治的尿毒症患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组予以常规低通量血液透析治疗,观察组给予高通量血液透析治疗,2组均治疗6个月,比较治疗前后2组患者睡眠质量及瘙痒发生情况。结果:治疗后,2组睡眠质量评分(PSQI)均明显降低,而观察组评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组瘙痒程度评分与瘙痒分布范围评分均降低,且观察组评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:针对尿毒症伴失眠及瘙痒并发症的患者,采取高通量血液透析干预可取得满意的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of high-flux hemodialysis on the complications of insomnia and pruritus in patients with uremia.Methods:A total of 70 patients admitted to Dongyuan County People′s Hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine low-flux hemodialysis,while the observation group received high-flux hemodialysis.Both groups were treated for 6 months,and the sleep quality and itching of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the sleep quality score(PSQI)of the two groups was significantly lower than that before intervention,and the sleep quality score(PSQI)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of itching degree and the score of itch distribution rangein both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with uremia and complications of insomnia and pruritus,high-flux hemodialysis can achieve satisfactory clinical results,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
