摘要
目的:分析前列腺炎腰痛睡眠障碍中医药治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2016年11月至2019年8月红安县人民医院收治的前列腺炎患者100例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予抗生素疗法,而观察组进行中药汤剂内服疗法。记录2组患者的腰痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、生命质量评分、临床疗效。结果:1)观察组患者中的生理领域、心理领域、社会领域、环境领域、精神信仰领域及独立性领域的评分分别高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分、PSQI评分明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对前列腺炎腰痛睡眠障碍患者使用中医药方法进行治疗,能够提高患者的生命质量、临床疗效,降低VAS评分及PSQI评分。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on prostatitis and low back pain sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 100 patients with prostatitis treated in Hong′an County People′s Hospital from November 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.The visual analogue scale(VAS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),quality of life score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were recorded.Results:1)The scores of physiological field,psychological field,social field,environmental field,spiritual belief field and independence field in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);2)The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);3)After treatment,the VAS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating patients with prostatitis,low back pain and sleep disorder with traditional Chinese medicine can improve their quality of life and clinical efficacy,and reduce VAS score and PSQI score.
