乌灵胶囊与曲唑酮联合使用治疗脑梗死合并睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Wuling Capsule Combined with Trazodone on Patients with Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Sleep Disorder

目的:探究乌灵胶囊与曲唑酮联合使用治疗脑梗死合并睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年12月至2019年12月山东省泰山疗养院脑梗死合并睡眠障碍患者98例作为研究对象,利用摸球法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,对照组给予乌灵胶囊进行治疗,观察组给予乌灵胶囊与曲唑酮联合治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、三酰甘油(TG)等指标改善情况,并用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量变化。结果:治疗后,观察组PSQI评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、三酰甘油(TG)等指标改善状态明显优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于单纯使用乌灵胶囊治疗,对脑梗死并睡眠障碍患者采取乌灵胶囊与曲唑酮联合治疗,具有较为理想的临床疗效,能够使患者的睡眠质量得到改善,改善患者临床指标,提高患者的治疗效率,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of wuling capsule combined with trazodone in the treatment of cerebral infarction with sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 98 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with sleep disorder in Taishan Sanatorium of Shandong Province from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group by ball-handling method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Wuling capsule,and the observation group was treated with Wuling capsule combined with trazodone.The improvement of serum total cholesterol(TC),C-reactive protein(CRP),triglyceride(TG)and other indicators between 2 groups were observed before and after treatment,and the improvement of Sleep Quality between 2 groups was compared with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results:After treatment,the observation group was obviously lower than the control group,two groups compare the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group of patients serum total cholesterol(TC),C-reactive protein(CRP),triglycerides(TG),and other indicators to improve state was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the simple use of Wuling capsule treatment,wuling capsule and trazodone combined treatment for patients with cerebral infarction and sleep disorders has ideal clinical efficacy,can improve the sleep quality of patients,improve clinical indicators,improve the treatment efficiency of patients,worthy of promotion.
