摘要
本文从西藏地方志的文献中寻找有关高原病与高原睡眠障碍的相关内容,总结西藏地区防治高原病与高原睡眠障碍的临床经验,为预防高原病及高原睡眠障碍提供可以借鉴的经验。
In this paper,the relevant contents of altitude sickness and sleep disorder were found from the local Chronicles of Tibet.And the clinical experience of preventing and treating altitude sickness and sleep disorders was summarized,so as to provide reference for the prevention of altitude sickness and sleep disorders.
