中药贴敷联合穴位按摩治疗骨折患者入睡困难的临床效果

Clinical Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine Application Combined with Acupoint Massage in the Treatment of Difficulty in Falling Asleep in Patients with Fracture

目的:探讨中药贴敷联合穴位按摩治疗骨折患者入睡困难的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年11月宁化县中医院收治的骨折入睡困难患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施中药贴敷联合穴位按摩治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、视觉模拟评分、骨折入睡困难疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组PSQI评分、视觉模拟评分均优于对照组,骨折入睡困难疗效高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:采用中药贴敷联合穴位按摩治疗骨折入睡困难患者可更好改善病情,减轻疼痛,提高睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of difficulty in falling asleep in patients with fracture.Methods:A total of 80 patients with difficulty in falling asleep with fracture in Ninghua County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to November 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of treatment mode.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep quality scale,Visual Analog scale and difficulty in falling asleep after fracture were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep quality scale and Visual Analog scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the curative effect of difficulty in falling asleep in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage in patients with difficulty in falling asleep with fracture can better improve the patient′s condition,relieve pain and improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worth popularizing.
