观察放松训练结合中医五音疗法改善宫颈癌患者睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Effect of Relaxation Training Therapy Combined with TCM Five-tone Therapy on Improving Sleep Quality of Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的:观察放松训练结合五音疗法改善宫颈癌患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年1月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的宫颈癌患者64例作为研究对象,按入院先后顺序排序,结合随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组给予常规睡眠指导,观察组在对照组的基础上给予放松训练结合五音疗法,干预1个月后,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的改善情况。结果:观察组患者的入睡时间短于对照组,夜醒次数少于对照组,睡眠质量总分高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放松训练结合五音疗法能有效改善宫颈癌患者的睡眠情况,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To investigate the effect of relaxation training therapy combined with five-tone therapy on improving sleep quality of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 64 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Women and Children′s Hospital affiliated to Xiamen University from March 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission combined with random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine Sleep guidance,and the observation group was given relaxation training combined with five-tone therapy on the basis of the control group.After one month of intervention,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare Sleep Quality between 2 groups.Results:The time of falling asleep in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the number of night waking times was less than that in the control group,and the total score of sleep quality was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Relaxation training combined with five-tone therapy can effectively improve the sleep status of patients with cervical cancer,which is worthy of clinical reference.
