腹腔镜治疗妇科患者应用围手术期护理对其焦虑、抑郁及睡眠质量的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Perioperative Nursing on Anxiety,Depression and Sleep Quality in Gynecological Patients Treated by Laparoscopy

目的:研究腹腔镜治疗妇科患者应用围手术期护理对其焦虑、抑郁及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年6月期间宁德市师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的妇科疾病患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例,观察组采取围术期护理,对照组采取常规护理,观察并比较2组患者的PSQI、SAS、SDS评分。结果:观察组护理后的PSQI睡眠效率、睡眠质量、日间功能、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间、催眠药物应用显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对接受腹腔镜治疗的妇科疾病患者采取围术期护理,能够提升患者的睡眠质量,改善情绪,优化预后。

Objective:To study the effect of perioperative nursing on anxiety,depression and sleep quality of gynecological patients treated by laparoscopy.Methods:A total of 76 patients with gynecological diseases admitted to Ningde Hospital affiliated to Ningde Normal University from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into study and control groups,with 38 cases each.The study group took perioperative nursing,and the control group took routine nursing.PSQI,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The PSQI sleep efficiency,sleep quality,daytime function,sleep disturbance,sleep duration and hypnotic medicine application in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing can improve the sleep quality,improve mood and optimize prognosis of patients with gynecological diseases treated by laparoscopy.
