手术室人性化护理对妇科围手术期患者心理健康与睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Humanized Nursing Service in Operating Room on Mental Health and Sleep Quality of Patients in Perioperative Period of Gynecology

目的:分析妇科围手术期护理运用手术室人性化护理的干预效果,以及此种护理模式对患者心理健康和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年10月至2020年6月福建省立医院手术室行妇科手术治疗的患者200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组和观察组均实施手术室护理,护理方法分别是常规护理、人性化护理,比较护理效果。结果:护理后和护理前比较,2组的焦虑评分和抑郁评分均得到了显著改善,观察组的评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1 d、术后3 d、术后7 d,观察组的睡眠时间明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科手术患者围术期接受人性化护理更有利于其负面情绪的改善,同时可提升患者的睡眠质量,故可进一步推广。

Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of humanized nursing in operating room in gynecological perioperative nursing,and the influence of this nursing model on patients′mental health and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 200 patients who underwent gynecological surgery in the operating room of Fujian Provincial Hospital from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 100 cases in each group.Both the control group and the observation group carried out operating room nursing.The nursing methods were conventional nursing and humanized nursing,and the nursing effect was compared.Results:After nursing and compared with before nursing,the anxiety score and depression score of the two groups were significantly improved.The scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant;1 day after operation,3 days after operation,and 7 days after operation,the observation group Sleep time was significantly longer than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative humanized care for gynecological surgery patients is more conducive to the improvement of their negative emotions,and at the same time it can improve the quality of sleep of patients,so it can be further promoted.
