摘要
目的:探析以人文理念为引导的关怀护理对PICU住院患儿的护理价值及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月安徽医科大学第一附属医院PICU收治的住院患儿60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患儿接受治疗配合护理干预,观察组患儿在对照组护理的基础上增加关怀护理干预。比较2组患儿的心理状态(焦虑、抑郁情绪)、睡眠质量改善情况。结果:干预后,观察组患儿焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分等均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与干预前比较,干预后2组患儿睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]评分均有改善,且观察组患儿PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对PICU住院患儿给予人文理念的关怀护理可以更有效地缓解其负面情绪,提高睡眠质量,有利于患儿的舒适体验,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the value of caring nursing guided by humanistic concepts on the nursing value of PICU hospitalized children and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 60 cases of hospitalized children admitted to PICU in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Children in the control group received treatment and nursing intervention,and children in the observation group were intervened with the concept of joint care and nursing.The differences in mental state(anxiety,depression)and sleep quality improvement of the two groups of children were compared.Results:The anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after intervention and were statistically significant(Ps<0.05);compared to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)assessment data of the sleep quality of the two groups before the intervention All were improved,and the data of the observation group was more superior after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The care and nursing measures of observing the humanistic concept for PICU hospitalized children have positive value in alleviating their negative emotions and improving the quality of sleep during treatment.It is conducive to the comfortable experience of children and is worthy of clinical promotion.
