快速康复护理对肾结石手术患者不良情绪、睡眠质量和疼痛的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Adverse Mood,Sleep Quality and Pain in Patients Undergoing Kidney Stone Surgery

目的:观察快速康复护理对肾结石患者负面情绪、睡眠质量和疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月福建医科大学附属南平第一医院收治的肾结石患者110例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采取一般护理,观察组采取快速康复护理,比较2组患者负面情绪、睡眠质量、疼痛改善情况。结果:观察组患者负面情绪、睡眠质量、疼痛改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对肾结石患者采取快速康复护理能够有效提高其睡眠质量,改善其负性情绪,降低其身体疼痛度,在临床中具有良好的应用价值。

Objective:To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on negative emotion,sleep quality and pain in patients undergoing kidney stone surgery.Methods:A total of 110 patients undergoing kidney stone operation admitted to Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 55 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing.The improvement of adverse mood,sleep quality and pain of the patients in the 2 groups was compared.Results:The improvement of negative emotion,sleep quality and pain in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing kidney stone operation can effectively enhance their sleep quality,improve their negative emotions and alleviate their physical pain,which has good clinical application value.
