人文关怀在急诊重症监护室护理中的应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响观察

The Application of Humanistic Care in Emergency Intensive Care Unit Nursing and the Observation of its Influence on Patients′Sleep Quality

目的:研究急诊重症监护室患者护理中人文关怀护理的应用价值,并评估此种护理模式对患者睡眠质量产生的影响。方法:选取2019年11月至2020年10月福建省人民医院急诊重症监护室收治的患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组采用人文关怀护理,比较2种护理模式对患者不良情绪和睡眠质量的影响。结果:与护理前相比2组患者护理后的焦虑和抑郁情绪均有不同程度的改善,且观察组护理后的不良情绪评分较对照组低;护理后相比于护理前2组患者的睡眠质量均有所改善,观察组护理后的睡眠质量显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊重症监护室护理中实施人文关怀更有利于缓解患者的不良情绪,同时也有利于提升患者的睡眠质量,应用优势突出,可进一步推广。

Objective:To study the application value of humanistic nursing in patient care in emergency intensive care unit,and to evaluate the impact of this nursing model on patients′sleep quality.Methods:A total of 80 patients admitted to the emergency intensive care unit of Fujian Provincial People′s Hospital from November 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group′s nursing method was humanistic care.The effects of the two nursing modes on patients′bad mood and sleep quality were compared.Results:The anxiety and depression of the two groups of patients improved to varying degrees after nursing compared with those before nursing,and the bad mood scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant;after nursing compared to the first two groups of patients sleep quality has improved,and the sleep quality of the observation group after nursing is significantly better than that of the control group.The difference is significant.Differences between groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanistic care in emergency intensive care unit care is more conducive to alleviating patients′unhealthy emotions,and it is also conducive to improving patients′sleep quality.The application has outstanding advantages and can be further promoted.
